Wild Caviar from Québec!

St. Peter Lake is one of the last in Canada and in the world to own a permit to fish wild sturgeon and harvest its eggs for wild caviar production. Two productions per year, one in spring and one at the end of summer, makes this caviar quite rare. The artisanal production of caviar is packed in 114g mason jars and comes frozen.

We are very lucky to have wild caviar in Québec and who knows all long we will be able to enjoy this natural resource.
