Does this caviar come from Siberia?

NO. Beware of the different false names when it comes to luxury goods. The Latin name for the Siberian sturgeon is Acipenser Baeri. The Latin name of the fish is equivalent to a serial number on a branded watch.

Siberian caviar comes from females about 8 years old. Opening the tin reveals average grains of about 2.5-3mm with black ebony reflections. On the nose, its scent exudes a notes of wild flora and strong mineral notes. In the mouth, its texture gives it a little crunch and tickles the roof of the mouth.

Enjoy it straight or with blinis and crème fraîche.

Serve with vodka on ice to cleanse your mouth between each experience.
