Élizabeth Bleu is a cheese made from thermized milk. Its semi-firm paste with internal molds is covered with a natural rind strewn with ocher spots that contains beautiful bluish veins, sometimes even greenish, due to the presence of penicillium roqueforti.

This cheese will please the most capricious of palates thanks to its right balance in salt and its unique taste! It bears this name to underline the place of its manufacture.
