RETURN POLICY
The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you just received, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide an exchange or refund.

As a first step, please contact us at 1-855-293-0300 or via info@oystersandcaviar.ca in order to establish initial contact and understand the nature of the problem. We will try together to find a solution to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

TERMS
Reported the situation within 24 hours of receipt. T
he return of products must be made within 7 working days following the date of purchase.  Oysters and Caviar only provides a refund if the product is returned in its original packaging.

Perishable or semi-preserved products must be kept in the refrigerator between 0°C and + 4°C upon receipt.

No returns or replacements will be accepted after expiration of the expiration date mentioned on the product(s).

REPAYMENT TERMS
If all the conditions presented above are respected, and if you wish a refund rather than an exchange of the same product or its equivalent, O&C will reimburse you the amount corresponding to the returned product(s), according to the same method of payment made during purchase.


Return Shipping
Should you choose to return your non-perishable product, you should mail your product(s) to:
Oysters and Caviar, 7264 Rue Cordner, Montréal, QC H8N 2W8
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
