Shipping policy
- Shipping: we ship Monday to Thursday, usually within 24 hours of your order, by express service (usually 1-day delivery). We don't ship Friday to Sunday to prevent your order from spending the weekend in transit.
- Local delivery in Greater Montreal: Monday to Friday, usually the day after you order.
- Pickup at our shop, 7264 Rue Cordner, LaSalle: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4 PM. Saturday 9 AM to noon by appointment only. Orders are usually ready the day after you order, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Don’t hesitate to call us to arrange a pickup time.
- Need a different date? Call us at 1-855-293-0300 or contact us, and we'll arrange shipping, delivery or pickup on another day.
- Each perishable order is packed with ice packs in an insulated box.
- During the holiday season, order at least 7 days ahead to receive your order on time.
