Shipping policy

Local delivery orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance; delivery is available from Monday to Saturday.
Free local pick-up is available on Fridays and Saturdays at our location at 7264 Rue Cordner, LaSalle, QC H8N 2W8, Canada. We will notify you when your order is ready to pick up.
Orders outside Montreal are shipped Monday to Thursday. Orders can be shipped the same day if ordered before 1 PM EST.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we use the fastest delivery service based on your delivery address.
We don’t ship products on weekends.
Each order is carefully packaged with ice packs in insulated isothermal boxes.
During the holiday season, we suggest ordering your caviar at least 7 days in advance to be sure to have it delivered on time.
