    Storage

    • Refrigerate all caviar and other perishable orders immediately upon receipt
    • Store caviar between -2°C to 2°C (28°F to 36°F)
    • For the best caviar tasting experience, consume individual tins in one sitting
    • Opened tins can be resealed and kept in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours
    • Caviar could be stored in the refrigerator for at least 45 days from its production date

To prolong storage, you may freeze unopened tins (decreases caviar quality, not recommended). Thaw slowly in the refrigerator (24–48 h). Do not refreeze.

Best before: see date on each tin.

    Serving recommendations

    • Use a mother-of-pearl spoon, as metal spoons can react with the caviar and compromise its taste and texture
    • Try caviar in the most natural way - with a caviar bump - “à la royale” in French, as a dollop on the back of your hand
    • Pair with blinis and crème fraîche

    Recommended amount

    • 30 grams: serves 1-2
    • 50 grams: serves 2-3
    • 125 grams: serves 4-6
    • 250 grams: serves 8-12
