Two caviars, one tasting. The Caviar Duo brings together Antonius Oscietra Supreme and Siberian Prestige in matching tin sizes.

Taste them side by side to notice the difference: Oscietra is creamy and nutty, while Siberian is rich and lively. Serve both well chilled, with blinis and crème fraîche or simply with a mother-of-pearl spoon.

Choose from 2 x 30 g, 2 x 50 g, 2 x 125 g or 2 x 250 g.

Storage

  • For the best tasting experience, plan to finish an individual tin in one sitting
  • An opened tin can be resealed and refrigerated for up to 48 hours
  • For unopened tins, follow the best-before date printed on the label

Keep caviar refrigerated. Freezing is not recommended because it can affect the texture.

What is the difference between Siberian and Oscietra?
Siberian Prestige is the bolder and richer of the two. Oscietra Supreme has larger pearls and a more layered, nutty profile. If you want to compare them at the same table, the Duo is a good place to begin.
