Chorizo sausage imported from the Basque region of France. Created by maison Pierre Oteiza. This dried chorizo sausage is made with pork that grazed on French acorns. It weighs around 350g. and has an exceptional taste profile. It is light in fat and not overly spicy.
Serve the chorizo sliced as a starter with other charcuterie. You can use it to enhance the taste of white beans, in paella, with steamed mussels, “a la plancha”, with "gaxuxa" rice or gratin.
Keep at room temperature in a dry environment or sealed bag in refrigerator for a moist sausage.
