Like all dried sausages, Chorizo is made with only pork . It weighs around 340g.
Pork meat, lactose, sucrose, spices, salt, emulsifier: phosphate, preservative: saltpetre, antioxydant: sodium ascorbate, coloring: E120, garlic, black pepper, red pepper.
Serve the chorizo sliced as a starter with other charcuterie and cherries in vinegar or in a salad with goat cheese. You can use it to enhance the taste of white beans, in paella, with mussel “a la plancha”, with "gaxuxa" rice or gratin. Keep at room temperature in a dry environment.
