Our film-sealed plates come ready to open and serve, making them the easiest way to enjoy Lamaison oysters at home, at a dinner, or behind a counter. This format is ours alone - you won't find it elsewhere.

Available in size 4. Made with Fines de Claire only. Film-sealed for freshness, with no loss of flavour or texture. Good value, zero prep.
