Boneless, skinless Greek anchovy fillets (gavros), marinated in vinegar and lemon, then packed in sunflower and extra virgin olive oil. Trikalinos prepares them without preservatives, additives or chemical processing.

In Greece, marinated gavros is a classic meze with ouzo or raki. We recommend serving them on toasted bread with tomato, through a salad or pasta, or simply from the jar with good bread and a cold white wine.

Ingredients: anchovy fillets (Engraulis encrasicolus) 62.5%, sunflower oil 28%, extra virgin olive oil 9%, vinegar, lemon dressing, salt.

Storage: keep refrigerated at 4 °C, with the fillets covered by the oil and the lid tightly closed.
