Utah Beach oysters stand apart from other French oysters due to their remarkable texture and flavor complexity. These oysters develop an unusually high flesh content, resulting in a plump, almost fat body that fills their shells completely. Their cultivation near the historic Normandy coast exposes them to powerful winds and tides, which help create a dense, tender texture and a crisp bite that is rare among other varieties
