FX grew up in southern France with a deep love for the sea and trained as a chef, with over 25 years curating premium caviar and oysters. Stephanie trained at culinary school in Chicago. Together since 2004, they have built their Montreal shop on hands-on care. A team that still picks up the phone.

We ship Monday through Thursday from Montreal via express courier. Kelowna orders typically arrive within one to two business days, packed with ice packs to keep your caviar at the right temperature through BC's interior.
