Antonius Siberian Prestige is rich and lively, with a clean finish. It is an excellent first caviar, and just as well suited to a larger table.

For a first tasting, 30 g is suitable for two people. For four, we recommend 50 g or two 30 g tins. Planning something larger? Sizes run to 1 kg, and we are happy to help you choose.

  • Store caviar between -2°C and 2°C (28°F and 36°F)
  • For the best tasting experience, plan to finish an individual tin in one sitting
  • An opened tin can be resealed and refrigerated for up to 48 hours
  • For unopened tins, follow the best-before date printed on the label

Keep caviar refrigerated. Freezing is not recommended because it can affect the texture.

What is the difference between Siberian and Oscietra?
Siberian Prestige is the bolder and richer of the two. Oscietra Supreme has larger pearls and a more layered, nutty profile. If you want to compare them at the same table, the Duo is a good place to begin.
