For a first tasting, 30 g is suitable for two people. For four, we recommend 50 g or two 30 g tins. Choosing two tins also lets your guests compare Oscietra and Siberian side by side. Having more people over? We're happy to help!

How to serve

Keep the caviar refrigerated until serving and present the open tin over ice with a non-metal spoon. Blinis and crème fraîche are classics. We keep them simple so the caviar stays in focus.

Can I order caviar for delivery in Montreal?

Yes. Local delivery is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed at least 24 hours in advance. Enter your address at checkout to see the current timing and exact charge.

Can I pick up my caviar order?

Yes. Free pickup is available Friday and Saturday at 7264 Rue Cordner in LaSalle. We will let you know when your order is ready.
