Yes. We ship overnight from Montreal. Orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Thursday arrive the next business day in Oak Ridges, Bayview Hill, Jefferson, and all of Richmond Hill.

Can I order caviar as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address and add a gift note. We ship in an insulated box that presents well and keeps the caviar cold on arrival.

What is the difference between caviar varieties?

Osetra is our most versatile option. Beluga-style hybrids are larger and milder. Our first-experience kit includes a sampler tin, blinis, creme fraiche, and a mother-of-pearl spoon so you can try before committing to a full tin.
