François-Xavier & Stephanie

FX grew up in southern France with a deep love for the sea and trained as a chef, with over 25 years curating premium caviar and oysters. Stephanie trained at culinary school in Chicago. Together since 2004, they have built their Montreal shop on hands-on care. A team that still picks up the phone.
