How to serve

Keep caviar refrigerated until serving, then present the open tin over ice with a non-metal spoon. Blinis and crème fraîche are classics. We keep them simple so the caviar stays in focus.

Do you deliver caviar in Toronto?

Yes. We ship caviar from our Montreal shop to Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area Monday through Thursday with express service.

When should I order?

Orders placed by 1 PM ET Monday through Thursday can leave the shop the same day. Toronto orders usually arrive the next business day, although carrier, weather, and holiday conditions can affect transit.
